AHLAN YAA RAMADHAN!!!

Ramadhan datang lagi. semoga Ramadhan kali ini lebih bermakna buat kita semua. Kepada kawan2 yang menyambut Ramadhan di luar negara, betapa kita merindui suasana bulan puasa di kampung halaman....

berbuka ramai2 di Masjid; solat terawih; selain melantak masa Moreh... hehehe... silap2 bukan lose weight, tapi nasik lagi ada. Mana tak nye, hampir setiap hari makan naik minyak, nasi tomato, beriyani dll. tapi sekali sekala kena nasik putih dengan gulai ikan kering, sambal tumis, ulam, fuhhh!! terangkat. Aku teringat lagi ada sorang pakcik ni bawak buah geduak (aku tak ingat org negeri lain panggil apa), geng2 buah jering la, lagi 'harum' dari jering, masa bukak posa kat masjid... kehkehkeh... Pastu ada satu pakcik lagi, geng meja bapak aku gak, hari2 bawak teh halia dalam cerek tembaga comel dia... dan banyak lagi la nostalgia. Ni semua masa aku sekolah rendah.

Masuk form one, dah mula dok asrama. Bukak posa kat asrama memang tak dapat dilupakan... Sekolah aku ni sekolah bantuan kerajaan negeri, jadi makan tak la hebat mcm MRSM ke SBP lain ke. Masa aku form one susah sekali nak makan lauk ayam, yang paling kerap ikan jaket, yang macam dah kena tembak... bulan2 puasa ni la nak merasa lauk sedap2 sebab ramai orang bagi makan untuk berbuka. Pastu dah masuk form 3 baru ada lauk ayam, seminggu 2 kali je. Parents aku selalu gak datang hantar lauk, ye la Kuala Kangsar-Taiping bukannyer jauh mana pun. Kalau hari outing, pegi la Pasar Ramadhan kat tepi sungai perak. Masa tu takde dataran yg baru macam yg ada sekarang ni. So jalan tu tutup la untuk pasar ramadhan. Meriah betol... macam2 kuih makanan ada... cendol Kuala, slurrrp!!!

pastu form four kat Klang, bosan sikit sebab kena control ngan senior. Naik form five happening habiss... SBP, so makan best la hari2. Tak cukup dengan makanan kat dewan makan, pegi jalan kat taman2 sekeliling tu yang ada pasar ramadhan. Kat jalan kota raja tu banyak jualan. Tapi masa tu duit tak banyak, budok skoloh kan, so beli pun berpada2 la. Yang best tu kongsi makan ramai2 la, terasa ukhuwwah yang rasanya susah nak dapat dah bila dah besar macam ni. Waktu malam lepas terawih makan lagi, ikut la kalau yang derma tu org kaya best2 la makanan dia, kadang tu kuih and biskut jer. Pastu yang paling terkesan di hati sampai sekarang ialah suasana di waktu Qiam kat surau... ntah la, mungkin biah solehah yang diamalkan kat sekolah ada memberi impak secara spiritual. Susah nak rasa perasaan macam tu sejak dah habis sekolah. Ceramah/tazkirah hari2 ada... Bagi mereka yang rajin mengutip 'mutiara-mutiara' indah dan berharga, bulan Ramadhan memang masanya. Inilah antara musim yang terindah di Bumi Wakafan...

Dah masuk UKM lain pulak caranya, ye lah dah pakai kereta, langkah pun jauh le. Selain makan kat cafe Wahid, biasanya pegi beli makan kat Jalan Raja Alang. Aku ngan kawan2 buat group, kutip duit dan buat giliran sapa kena pegi beli. Ada member bawak periuk nasik, so pegi beli lauk je lah... BEst nyer nasik kerabu, laksam, ikan keli, kuih tepung pelita, ayam percik... ah banyak lagi lah kang korang boring lak nak baca. Pastu bila dah bercouple kadang2 bukak posa kat kedai, tak pun beli makanan kat Velodrom Bdr Tun Razak. Terawih kat merata tempat; masjid Kg Baru, Pulapol, HKL dan yang best masjid KLCC, sebab ada aircond. Pastu yg best lagi kedai makan bukak 24jam masa bulan posa.

Bila terkenang semua ni, betapa bertuahnya kita kat Malaysia kan. Kat sini, jangan harap nak jumpa kedai makan bukak 24jam (pub & hotel ada la)... Pasar Ramadhan jauh sekali... Uwaa!!!Buat kawan-kawan yang dah balik, ingat2 la kitorang yang jauh ni.

SALAM RAMADHAN AL-MUBARAK buat semua... Semoga amal ibadah kita dilakukan dengan penuh keikhlasan dan diterima serta diberkati Allah...

Before ramadhan....

Hiyaaa.....it's not even 24H yet and I'm writing a new entry for this blog. Hahaha, I have some spare time, so why not write something, kan? At home right now. Planning to do some readings today (gee...i hope!!). Tapi rumah nampak mcm bersepah, so probably will do the cleaning up first. Have to go to school tomorrow to do some paraffin sectioning.

Anyhow, last Sunday Azd and I went to The Rock Market. It was just like any ordinary market (tp bukan market basah tu ye). So a lot of stuffs can be found there, a great place for tourists to take a peek. Ingatkan nak gi makan the famous pancake kat The Rock tu but we had lunch appointment kat rumah kak zurin. So in the end makan ice cream Copenhagen aje (devil's choc with boisenberry ice-cream). Best best.



After 1 something, went straight to Kak Zurin's house in Eastlakes. She and Abg Lan invited the PG students for a doa selamat (probably sebab allowance naik, hehe). There was still quite a number of people when we got there. Of course la, lunch hour. And the food....maaaaak aihh best giler. Macam-macam ada. From satay, gulai ayam, sambal belacan, kerabu, rojak buah, ayam bakar, etc to all sorts of kuih. Penuh sgt sampai tak nampak meja! Hahahaha.....And the kids were having fun as well running here and there kat depan rumah. Rasa mcm hari raya je!!! It was actually a pot luck kinda thing. So we brought fresh cream choc cake and butter cake ke apa ntah because we didn't have time to prepare anything.

All in all, it was a great day. Met some old faces as well as the newbies. Ni baru pre raya, kalu time raya betul2 mesti meriah.....aarghhh..bestnyer kalu boleh balik mesia terchintos!!!!!!

MAS Annual Dinner 2006

Halo everybody, I'm back... hehehe. Harini nak story about the annual dinner last saturday. Basically the dinner was so and so. Initially planned to go to wollongong after Asar but then went to Centro nak cari baju wan azdie. hehehehe.... Last2, keluar rumah at around 6pm. Azd pun memecut kereta dgn bersungguh2 sebab nak sampai on time. Maklumlah, org nak kena baca doa. Bila tanya nak baca doa apa, ada ke dia jawab doa lepas nikah. Tak senonoh betul!!!

Ok so when we arrived kat corrimal community center orang pun dah ramai dah kat entrance tu. We sat together with kak sam, noor, mashita and hubby, shakira, as and hubby and another 3 more unidentified guys.

The community hall was somewhat sempit compared to the usual place kat TAFE. But anyhow, that evening was a full house (actually dimeriahkan dgn ramai indons, hehehe). When everybody has taken their seats, the majlis pun bermulalah. Sad to say the MCs sgtlah bosan and nampak mcm kelam kabut. Ada ke patut start2 je majlis dia terus panggil Tuan Hj Musa MSD bg speech. Tak tgk program ke awang?? Bukan ke kena start with the doa recital dulu? Pastu baru ter errr...errr...ceh. After a while, baru dia panggil Azd baca doa.


Performance for that nite was by Buk and Alina. Ntah brapa lagu depa nyanyi ntah. Best tu best la tapi rasa mcm kat pub (pinjam ayat noor). Hehehehe. Pastu aiseh... ada belly dancing pulak. Hmmm.. at first I was like "is this the malaysian nite or the arabian night??". Perrghh, gelek habis2an minah tu tapi nasib baik the light was dim so tak nampak sgt perut dia. hahahahaha....And then it was time to eat! Finally.
The lauk2 for buffet were:
nasi minyak
ayam masak merak
sayur dalca
daging apa ntah
nasi impit
satay (which sadly was limited to ONLY 4 sticks per person)
kuah kacang
air bandung
kuih bakar (sapa ntah potong kecik2 sampai as kata lekat celah gigi je..hahahaha, kesian si ibu mengandung tu!)

Last year I remembered the meals were served although it was a buffet kinda thing as well, which was good because everybody got their share fair and square. This time it was like sapa dulu dia untung.. (kitorg la tu sebab meja very the strategic, dekat2 ngan buffet table). Hahaha...buuuuut we all takde la amik lauk sampai tak ingat dunia. Still ada conscience la not like some yg amik ayam sampai berketul2..kesian to those yg last2 tu. Apa2 pun, memang kenyang la makan. hehehehe.

Adehh..malas lak nak tulis. So basically to keep things short:
1. We went there sebab dah bayar for the ticket.................tapi hampeh tak dapat lucky draw!!
2. Part makan..................alhamdulillah kenyang tp kalu dpt unlimited satay lagi best, hahaha.
3. Jumpa kengkawan kat wollongong.......................posing habis2an.
4. Everybody won the trivia thing (ye la, soalan senang giler).................so everybody got this gold coins choc as a reward (ala, cekelat duit tu.So had a scene from nujum pak belalang with noor: "satu utk ko..satu utk aku..." hehehe)
4. Berjaya mencilok lilin2 atas meja......................penting di saat takde electricity in the future. heh!

Aiseh, banyak lak citer. hahaha..Maklum lah supervisor takde for 2 weeks. Sangat syok bebeh. Boleh rilek2. Oh by the way, to whom it may concern, that kedai halal in the sydney CBD --> coco's island ke apa ntah dah takde. Found out yesterday when I was on my way to DIMIA (I walked from the uni to the city..hehehe. Kagum!). Ok people.... to be continued!

Jalan-jalan cari makangggg.....

Assalamualaikummmm everybody!!!! yeaaahhh...It has been a loooooong time since our last update ey?? Dah sebulan lebeh yek? Sorry la...Very the busy and buat2 busy.



Anyway, azd's parents have gone back to mesia . Sob sob..No more home cook meal yg sedap2 for us. Nowadays, kena masak banyak2 terus and carry forward je lauk2 tu everytime balik from school. Bijak bijak. But apa2 pun, it has been a great 1 month sebab kitorg gi jengjalan bersungguh-sungguh to merata tempat sampai ke Canberra. So memang puas hati la depa datang holiday sebulan. Sampai sakit2 la kaki... hehehehe. Apa lagi ek nak citer? Hmmm...Banyak actually nak story mory tapi nanti2 lah citer. Kang tulis semua jadi novel bersiri pulak. Ahaks!

OK, today is Saturday. Yeeaahh!!! Has been always anticipated the weekends..Everytime hari jumaat je, bila dah petang tu mula la tak leh dok diam.. Asyik terpikir nak balik umah je... Cannot concentrate kat lab dah. Buruk la perangai. Even the mice yg melompat2 tu pun have no fatal attraction at all to me. Hahahahaha....hmm..maybe I should tepek gambar2 mice ni one day. Yeah..One day, before i sacrifice them. la la la la...Or would you guys want to see the pics when i open them up??? hehehehe

Will be going to Wollongong tonite to attend MAS UoW Annual Dinner at Corrimal Community Center. Maybe i'll be wearing kebaya tonite (awww....). Azd will be the Pak Haji reciting the doa for the ceremony. Amiiinn.... Anyway, Kak Sam kata lauk for tonite will probably mcm last year. We shall wait and see.

OOhh, by the way, last week Tok Pa from MHE came to australia to meet all the malaysian students. But we weren't able to go because had some stuffs to do. Pity tok pa didnt have the chance to meet us. Satu kerugian. Kalu tak buleh lawan2 kecek kelate..hehehe.. Silap2 allowance naik triple! Cayalah!!! Apa2 pun alhamdulillah la sebab setelah sekian lama, at last allowance dah ada increment. kayo kayo!!!

Apa lagi nak citer..haaa...Nowadays Azd and I are doing our own version of jalan2 cari makan. Have been trying out kat some of the halal food outlets listed in the PPMS website. The chinese restaurant aka Great Wall Kitchen at Lakemba wasn't that bad. In fact we first went there bila Sam's family belanja for dinner a couple of months ago. Terima kasih daun keladi!! The food was nice but the service was slow though. Nama je chinese restaurant tp ada some mix of indian cooking as well, hehehe ada jual nan, paratha, tikka, lassi and etc. Harga standard la kat sydney ni. Acceptable. Nasi padang kat lakemba pun OK jugak. For $7, you get to choose 3 lauk. So puas hati la makan. Then we tried thai food pulak. First was at Bankstown. What was the name of that place again? hmm..Thai Hutt Restaurant. Busy jugak area Bankstown tu, ramai pak arab. Had Chilli Basil Noodle (ye kot), Pad Thai Noodle something and tom yam. Sadly enough the pad thai did not satisfy my taste bud. I didn't finish it and terpaksa tapau (which in the end esoknya azd yg habiskan hahahaha). Dia bab makan sedap je semua. By the way mamat yg menapaukan the left over for me tu macam muka mamat india kat malaysia. hehehe.... Anyway, the tom yam was OK although kalu dia bg dlm mangkuk besar sket lagi best. Deco dlm restaurant tu memang cantik. Classy gitu. And by the way the cashier (or was it the boss???) was a pak arab. How multicultured!! hehehehehhe...

Last kedai we went 3 days ago was Pu Tai Thai Restaurant kat Ashfield. A bit complicated nak cari this place sebab tercoroooot sket. Malam pulak tuh. Tak nampak mcm kedai sgt. Kecik and sempit and nampak mcm antique. hehehe. Nak masuk pun susah, sebab entrance door ketat. Mcm tak nak bagi masuk je...
This time ordered Green Curry Vege and Po Tak (sepupu sepapat tom yam). Entree : 1 fish cake + 1 popiah (best lg aku buat) + 1 karipap (again best lg aku buat) + 2 fried dumplings (ni tak reti nak buat tp kalu reti buat mesti lagi sedap) + chilli sauce + grated carrot = $6. So I reckon semua tu agak2 $1 each and the sauce ngan carrot tu 50sen each. Disebabkan harga $6, so even the very last bit of the grated carrot tu kitorg songlap. hahahahaha. Licin pinggan. Pastu bila main course sampai, alangkah terkejutnya jiwa (takde kene mengena ngan khalid mohd jiwa aaa...tak kuasa) melihat saiz mangkuk ayun tomyam tu. Cinonet je. Terus tak terkata wan azdie. I see you, you see me. hahahahahaa. Kemut nak mampus kedai ni!! Tak sedap (tp azd kata boleh la). Harapkan udang je besar. The green curry vege tu rasa mcm masak lemak kacang je. Dia letak kacang pjg, broccoli and carrot. Mula2 ingatkan gravy dia kaler hijau (because of the name), tp actually kaler kuning. So yg menghijaukannya is the sayur-sayur. Hehehehehe. Disebabkan lapaq, so habis licin semua tu even the nasik.
Conclusion I: This kedai is out of my list. Sekian terima kasih.

Haaa...ada lagi 2 kedai nak citer. Hmmphh...Kan dah panjang dah. Baca.. baca.. sila lah baca...
This time we went there masa parents Azd still kat sini. Kat area Randwick (area malaysia hall). Nama kedai: Taste of Thai. First time pegi last year with Hazman, Firdaus (yg dah ada cewek!! Awww..sudah pandai tepek gambar kat friendster yer??! hehehe) and Kausa. Memang best!!!!!! portion besar giler. puas hati mak kiah!
This time went for dinner beramai2. Dr Zit and family belanja. Thank you. Kenyang perut suka hati. The place was as usual, very crowded with people. Nasib baik Dr Zit book awal2, so senang dpt tempat. Kalau tak, terpaksa beratur kat luar tunggu turn. Hmmm... mcm kat hard rock cafe la pulak. hehehehe.

Then another kedai we went for lunch : Kaki Lima Restaurant in Kingsford. This kedai belongs to Kak Sam punya kawan. Masa sampai tu ramai jugak org. We ordered chicken rice, nyonya laksa and assam laksa (pergghh...lama giler tak pekena laksa!). and also not forgetting teh tarik. Hahahahaa. Best best. Abah ngan mama kata sedap. . Sebab mmg dah lapar giler masa tu. Banyak betul makan. Nasib baik berat ada naik sikit. hahahahaha. suka suka!!!
Conclusion II: Ada banyak port utk makan2 in case bulan puasa ni tak sempat atau malas nak masak. muakakakakakaka......tak gitu wahai suami??? *wink wink*

So begitu lah kitorg nyer version of jalan2 cari makan. memang syok! duit pun lajuuuu je mcm air. Tapi tak pe. Allowance naik kan. Hehehehehhehehehe.
Esok pun makan lagi. Pot luck kat rumah kak zurin kat Eastlake. Tak tahu nak masak apa. Nanti lah pikir. Esok masih ada.
OK la kengkawan yg dihormati dan dikasihi sekalian. Penat sekali jari jemari delicate ini menekan2 keyboard. Maka dengan ini I want to go bersantai sebentar.

trip to snowy mountain

Dah sebelas hari mama & abah aku duduk kat rumah aku, dan dah banyak tempat aku bawak diorang gi jalan2. Yang paing jauh kitorang pegi main snow kat Snowy Mountain, ikut rombongan student Indon. kitorang naik coaster dari wollongong pukul 12.30 pagi hari Sabtu 5hb ogos, sampai kat Cooma, pekan paling dekat dengan snowy mountain tu dalam pukul 5.30 pagi. Duduk lepak2 jap sementara tunggu tempat nak sewa baju tebal bukak. Then pukul 6 tu masuk dalam kedai tu, Skico, untuk sewa baju tebal ngan boot dengan satu toboggan. Masing2 kesejukan, pastu pegi breakfast kat playground dekat situ. Sejuk sampai ke tulang... makan minum terketaq-ketaq. pastu perjalanan diteruskan ke snowy mountain.

Sampai kat satu area ni dah mula nampak tompok-tompok putih, salju di tepi2 jalan tu. Then nak dekat pukul 9 kot kitorang pun sampai kat Perisher, tempat orang naik ski. tapi aku tengok je la org main ski, kasut roda pun aku tak lepas nak berangan main ski. naik toboggan ni pun dah best, ala2 main upih pinang masa kecik kat rumah Pah.. tapi kali ni takde org tarik la, dari atas bukit tu turun meluncur. Sonok beb, macam budak2 je rasa. takde nak malu2 dah, bukannya orang kenal aku kat sini. Sonok main salji, aku ngan elyn siap makan lagi salji tu, krup-krup bunyi dia. Ni kalau bawak sirap merah, jagung dlm tin, kacang merah ngan lengkong ngan cendol leh buat ABC nih! hmm... slurrpp!!



mak aku dah masak nasi lemak siap ngan timun, ikan bilis, kacang n sambal tumis dari rumah noor lagi, jadinya lunch hari tu berkelah atas snow la kami. cewahh... lapaq punya pasai abis satu bekas nasi aku makan. orang lain semua tinggal ada belen, last2 aku gak yang tolong perabih belen elyn...hahaha... Masa ni jugak la first time amik wuduk ngan salji, sejuk nak mampus, tapi gasak je lah. ni antara pengalaman yang paling best sejak aku kat sini, sebab mak bapak aku ada sama.

then around 3 pm. kitorang berkumpul dan bukak baju tebal masing2, get ready nak balik. sampai wollongong dalam pukul 11mlm tu jugak. konon nak terus balik sydney, dah keta tak bleh start pulak. jadi makanya tidoq la kat rumah noor malam tu. isok pagi pi cari bateri baru, bleh la start, then baru balik rumah... hmm... aku dah agak dah, duit nak keluaq lagi la ni... mmg pon, minggu ni abih kat keta je dah beratus AUD. esok nak pi wollongong lagi, pasal kereta jugak la.. nak save duit nak bawak mak bapak aku jalan2, tup2 abis ke lain... tak ape lerrr... ujian Allah...

nanti gambaq kami kat snowy mountain soh elyn bubuh. ka kat fotopages ka nanti. gambaq semua ada dlm laptop dia. Elyn, tolong upload gambaq kat sini nanti na! C ya!

Days of a new life.....

Assalamualaikum semua..lama giler tak update blog ni. Been very busy lately sejak bertukar profession from a desperate housewife to a student. Huh...no comment (sigh).
Two weeks have passed. Still blurr lagi. I guess that's pretty normal masa mula2 ni kan?? kan?? Early morning dah menapak ke train station to go to Redfern. And then menapak lagi for another 15-20 mins. Pastu terperap dlm lab with a bunch of Aussies and Chinese yg dah diAussiekan plus mice yg menjadi victim for whatever research in progress. I had the idea that the mice involved tu kaler putih and dah diparalyzedkan beforehand. But noooooooooooooo..... semua kena handle sendiri from getting a hold of the mice sampailah knocking them out. Urggh, dah la kaler hitam mcm mickey mouse tu. I dont mind the dissecting part, it's the handling yg tak leh tahan beb. Have to handle these mice yg dok berkejar-kejaran dengan bahagianya and konon2 comel + innocent dlm cage tu. Kenapa laa dia tak pengsan siap2??? kan senang sket keje.. aiseehhhh.... cobaan cobaan.
Agak2 tak bengong ke dok dlm lab hari2?? hehehehe...By the time nak balik (yeay!! the most anticipated moment), it's already dark. Sampai rumah, dinner pastu collapse. Begitu la vicious cycle terkini (sob sob, missing my couch potato days).
But at the moment, parents Azd are here for a month. Getting plenty of homecook meals...yum yum!!! Thank you mama. So at least with them around, I have a solid reason not to come to the lab everyday. Hah! Must spend quality time. Family comes first (a quote from my supervisor..hehehe).
Today, spent the day kat city. Posing sana sini. Sakit kaki, sakit belakang. Tapi tak kisah sebab i was not in the lab (sooo pathetic!!). Hahahahaha...
Going to Wollongong tomorrow sebab will be joining the Indonesians to the Snowy Mountain. Will be leaving at 0030 from Wollongong on Saturday. It's just gonna be a one day trip. Hopefully will reach home early on Sunday to prepare mentally and physically for my Monday lab.
Oh yeah, Sam and family dah balik Mesia for good. Alaaaa...missing the 2 heroes. Danish with his ever so many and non stop questions (kenapa tu..kenapa ni..bla bla bla) and si kecik Firas yg konon2 macho but lari masuk bilik dgn bantal busuk dia everytime keluar part dragon dlm citer The Shrek...hahaha. Sunyi je rumah tak de lagu Bob the Builder chip chip chip (versi Firas) :)
To Danish & Firas, dont forget Uncle Azd and Aunty Elyn ok????!!! Mmmmuaahhh.........
So ok la people, must go to zzzzzz now. Praying that I'll be strong to embrace my new life as a student kat negeri orang, Insya Allah. And of course to everybody else as well...good luck and God speed!!!!!

Esok is My Day

Assalamualaikum everybody....

Sudah lama tak update blog. Ada org kata susah nak baca tulisan kat blog ni sebab dah tukar skin baru. Hehehehhe...kesian kak sam. Nanti2 kitorg tukaq to skin lama ok? These past few days agak busy menjadi a good host to Sam's family who is currently staying with us sementara nak kelik balik mesia for good next monday. At the same time jadi godmother to Danish (yg suka menangis...manja tuu) ngan Firas (pak lawak merangkap gangster mukim wollongong..hahaha). Last week they went to gold coast. Syoknyer budak2 ngan mak bapak budak. Hari ni lak gi Melbourne. To Sam n Nosy, beronggeng habis-habisan sebelum balik mesia eh???





Hari ni nak tulis pendek je. A bit anxious for tomorrow's BIG day. Not that I'm anxious pasal nak bertambah setahun lagi umur (Alhamdulillah, still breathing di bumi Allah ni), but actually tomorrow nak start gi school dah ni...jadi budok skoloh.

Hmmm.....hopefully my supervisor ni baik, ok, gentleman, sporting, kelakar, bla bla bla dan yg sewaktu dgnnya. Pastu tak yah datang lab hari2. Buat experiment kat umah je. Pastu boleh la luangkan masa jumpa senduk ngan kuali lagi. Hahahahahaha....

Ok lah everybody. Ada date ngan Dr McDreamy kat Seattle Grace Hospital. Doa2 la semoga everything goes smoothly. Bersemangat dan bertahanlah Elyn!!!!! iyah iyah iyah

Salam Selamat Malam

Salaam...

Last week genaplah setahun aku dan elyn bermukim di bumi Australia ini, dan selama itu jugalah rindu-janji-remuk-redam kami kepada bumi Malaysia tercinta terpaksa ditahan. Alhamdulillah, segalanya berjalan lancar setakat ini, dan pada hari bersejarah ini, elyn telah pun menamatkan era surirumahtangganya dengan mendaftarkan diri kembali sebagai seorang pelajar di University of Sydney. Aku tumpang berbangga, dan aku doakan elyn akan mencipta satu lagi kejayaan sepertimana kejayaan2 yang diciptanya pada masa lalu. Elyn, ingat tak masa kita student dulu la masa paling best kan? ye la, dok mabuk cinta. Semoga cinta kita terus mengeluarkan putik-putik bunga yang kemudiannya mekar mengharumkan lagi bahtera rumahtangga yang sedang kita harungi ini. Bukan apa, orang kata kalau dua2 buat PhD sama2, maka disebabkan kepala masing2 pening dan penuh dengan masalah research, silap2 dapur tak berasap, mesin basuh tak berpusing... hahaha... tapi diorang tak tahu kita macamana kan elyn? Whatever it is, congratulation on your enrolment! I will always be there for you and support you no matter what. One advice, jgn tension2, jgn asik nak marah2 orang, and take it easy.. it's just your PhD, not your whole life!

Stop!!, banyak lak membebel. Before I put my keyboard off, just wanna share with you guys a tazkirah for this time...

Suatu hari, duit seringgit telah bertemu dengan lima puluh ringgit dan bertanya, "Oit, lama tak nampak, mana ko pergi?" Lima puluh menjawab "Aku pergi merata tempat. Pergi stadium tgk bola, naik STAR Cruise, gi KK naik AirAsia, lepak One Utama minum Starbuck.. tempat2 cam tuh ah. Eh, ko camner lak?"Duit seringit menjawab perlahan seraya menunduk, "hmm.. bosan.. balik-balik tempat sama.. surau, masjid, surau, masjid... ".

Just muhasabah ourselves back, how much do we spent our money in the way of Allah but we already feel like it was too much and costs us a lot, and how much do we spent buying things that sometimes are not really necessary for us but we feel that it was still not enough...

Mimpiku, mimpi ku jua....

Mcm bagus je bunyi tajuk blog hari ni... hehehe...ok la. This time nak citer pasal mimpi la pulak. Dah selalu sgt dok citer pasal makan pastu siap dok tepek2 gambar food. Once in a while kene ada variety, nanti bosan pulak. Lagi satu reason sebab kesian kat cik itot, asyik2 dok mengalami episodes of drooling of saliva...kesian kesian.
So why do we dream? What is the function of dream? Dulu masa posting PSY, pernah came across pasal Sigmund Freud yg ckp dreams as an interaction between the unconscious and the conscious. And banyak la study pasal association between REM sleep ngan dreaming.
Anyway, tak nak bg lecture but instead nak bukak citer pasal mimpi mlm tadi. Awat tak tau selalu dok mimpi2 skrg ni. Nak kata tak bc doa before going to sleep, dah berbuih2 dah baca. Dah la sejuk. Tak leh la pasang heater 24hrs. Kang over lak bil letrik (kedekut betul!!).
Bila dah tido tu mula lah mimpi ntah apa2. Mcm malam tadi...jeng jeng jeng. Tiba2 ada kat satu tempat...mcm kat hotel. Tapi mcm kat The Mall pun ada (opposite hotel pan pac tu) . Jalan sorang2...was looking for an elevator. Pastu tetiba je kene kejar ngan 2 org mamat ni (tak nampak muka). Tengah dok lari2 tu, masuk la dlm satu building. Berlari naik tangga tp tak jumpa the way out. Punya la byk pintu tp satu pun tak blh bukak (hmmm...mcm dlm Alice in Wonderland je). Last2 dpt jugak bukak satu pintu ni, bila bukak je tiba2 ada escalator. So turun la escalator tu. By this time dah tak de adegan kejar2 dah. Keluar je dari building tu nak kene lintas jalan. Pastu aaaihh... jumpa pulak pelakon CSI New York..yg police tu. Apsal mamat ni ada dlm mimpi ni??? Nak kata hensem, tak hensem pun. Tak pe lah, abaikan dia.
And then bila lintas je jalan, tukar scenario pulak. Ada kat sekolah lama. Masa ni ramai la budak2. Ntah depa buat apa, tp bising kemain!!! Rupanya2 ada mcm group discussion (cewah.. mimpi yg berakademik). Pastu ada satu minah ni dia kata aku punya turn lak nak kene test. Test amende lak ni?? Aku tgk kat tgn ada satu notebook kecik. Mcm2 ada tulis dlm tu. At the same time i was trying to menghafal about satu product ni. Kopi kot tak salah aku. Nak kene hafal nama company dia, bila product tu keluar market, ingredients apa semua etc etc. Rasanya kopi tu nama "HitBit". Hahahahaha......klakar giler nama kopi --> Kopi cap HitBit. hehehe...
After a while tetiba je rasa berdebar2 sebab nak kene test dah ni!! Apsal ntah lepas abis je hafal pasal kopi HitBit tu aku dok menghafal something in Chinese pulak (going international ni). Dalam dok menghafal tu, tetiba ada org tepon kata test start pukul 11.58am. Pelik betul time dia. Ingatkan Abah je suka guna odd time mcm tu (Dulu2 masa student, kalu nak suruh abah amik: "abah, nak amik elyn pukul berapa??" So dia mesti jawab, "ok ok, nanti abah amik pukul 2.47pm"....tak pun 4.51pm..ikut suka dia je...hehehehe). Ok back to my mimpi.. Aku pun jalan la (ntah mana2 ntah dok jalan2) pastu masuk dlm satu toilet ni sambil pegang notebook kecik tu. Dah keronyok2 dah pun buku tu. Pastu ada hantu pulak keluar kat toilet tu..maaaak!!! Apsal tak terjaga lagi ni!!!! Hantu tu hantu pompuan. Cantik la jugak muka dia tp tak kenal. Ingatkan hantu ni typical hantu but it turned out to be hantu cantik yg baik. Dia kata, "Hah cepat..meh sini nak test...cakap dlm bahasa Arab". Alaa...dia suruh ckp arab la pulak. Tadi dah la kene menghafal cakap cina. Aku kata la apsal nak kene ckp arab pulak, dah la org tak reti, pastu penat je hafal ckp cina in the first place. Hantu tu mcm terkejut (nasib baik dia tak bertukar jd ganas..hehehe). Pastu dia mintak notebook kecik tu. Dia tanya apa benda aku dok tulis dlm buku tu??? Mcm tulisan cacing je.. Aku ckp ntah le. Pastu hantu tu gelak. Tapi tak de la takut pun masa dia gelak. Sebab dia gelak mcm sopan santun je. hahahahha... Last2 tu terjaga jugak sebab nak kene goreng karipap utk wan azdie bwk gi school. Hmmm...mcm mak2 la pulak rasa.
So, tu je la yg teringat pasal mimpi mlm tadi. Ada lagi before that mimpi ntah apa2 but tak leh nak recall. Mimpi yg ni pun boleh teringat sebab pasal kopi HitBit tu la...hehehehehhehe...

Aktiviti hujung minggu di musim sejuk

"Kerna Terpaksa, aku tulis blog ini... " (ikut mcm Francesca Peter)

Baiklah, kali ini aku akan menulis seratus peratus bahasa melayu ( orang tu suka guna bahasa rojak). Hari ini hari Ahad, semalam adalah malam paling sejuk di Sydney utk musim sejuk kali ini. Ada tempat seperti di Liverpool turun sehingga kosong degree celcius. Sejuk-sejuk cenggini asik nak makan ajer... hahaha!! Tapi awas, aku dah banyak lemak!

Walaupun sejuk, aku terjaga awal jugak sebab dok teringat nak kena submit written proposal minggu ni. HY (supervisor aku) baru balik holiday 2 minggu pi Fiji. Dia nak tengok apa aku dah buat, hmm... ada apa2 kemajuan dlm 2 minggu ni? err... buntu!

Menu Hari Ini

Pastu dekat pukul doblas, perut dah rasa lapaq. "Nak makan apa kita hari ni?" aku berkata. "Udang ader, ayam ader..." jawab elyn seperti biasa, tanpa memberi jawapan tepat. "Dah bawak keluaq udang ka?" aku kata. "I don't feel like eating rice today," kataku, sebab semalam dah makan gulai ikan mackerel masa Dr F mai rumah. "abg buat pasta mcm dulu tu lah, ok?" maka makanlah kami spageti ngan udang for lunch...opps, utk makan tengahari. Habislah stok udang dalam peti ais tu.

Dok sat dah nak gelap. Winter ni tak syoknya siang tu agak pendek. Pukul 5 dah masuk maghrib. Maka otomatiklah masuk waktu makan malam. Selesai solat maghrib, aku singkap kain pelekat ala2 mamak, tapi tak tahan dolat sebab sejuk, aku turunkan balik kain aku. Kalau tengok lawak jugak sbb pakai kain pelekat sekerat, pastu pakai stokin belang2. Aku dan elyn masuk dapoq. Malam ni nak makan beefsteak. Elyn ni memang suka makan beef. Daging dah diperap dgn bahan2 terpilih sejak tengah hari tadi lagi. Bila oven dah panas aku pun letak daging atas rak pembakar dan masukkan dalam oven. Orang kata pompuan takleh pegang daging lama2, nanti daging jadi keras, betui ka? Maka elyn punya tugas ialah sediakan salad dan kentang lenyek. Aku bakar daging dan masak sos cendawan. Beberapa ketika kemudian makan malam yang seimbang seperti di dalam gambar di bawah pun tersedia...

Eh, esok pagi final, ops, perlawanan akhir bolasepak piala dunia la. Boleh la stay up buat keje malam ni (konon2 kalau tak tido nak tengok la). Sapa menang???

something with a hole in the middle

Did nothing much today. Went out to Westfield Miranda. Was tempted to go there after kak sam buat promo free about how big the westfield is. Got there around 2.30pm. Yuuup, it was big alrite. Syok betul. Rasa mcm jln2 kat KLCC or 1Utama. But of course kat KL lagi power. hehehehhe... Jalan2 lagi. Then my eyes caught Krispy Kreme!!! yay yay!!! After some time craving for the doughnuts. I think the last time we had krispy kreme was masa tunggu nak amik kak sam kat airpot dulu. How long was that???
Anyhow...now I know the nearest spot to get krispy kreme. he he he. There are a few other places but susah nak pergi...in the heart of sydney (first time mkn krispy kreme, with azlil ngan kausa, but couldnt recall the exact location), kat dlm airport and next to Formula1 hotel dekat2 ngan airport jugak. And now adding to my list is westfield miranda. Bestnyer bestnyer... Bought a dozen of doughnuts... assorted + glazed. As u can see in the pic, tinggal dah tak sedozen dah. Sebab some of it dah selamat didigestkan by our gastric juice. hahahahaha!!! Tak boleh tahan. Now let see if I can remember the names.....glazed cinnamon, cinnamon apple filled, glazed blueberry, glazed choc cake, caramel kreme crunch, dulche de leche, glazed rasberry filled, glazed lemon filled, powdered blueberry filled...and i can go on and on and on and on.......
I remembered watching the Oprah Winfrey Show a few months ago. She talked about how krispy kreme devoured all around the world (except that we dont have krispy kreme kat mesia, do we?). To this day, there are just four people who really know the secret recipe that makes those doughnuts so good (do they not know the word "sharing" exists ??). The recipe, which is of course locked up some where kat mana2 ntah, is blended into a mystery mix (hmm..ada dadah ke? coz once cuba, you'll end up craving for more..hehehe) and shipped off to Krispy Kreme stores everywhere. Hmmm....nak bukak kedai doughnut la pulak....mesti those ppl with a sweet tooth suka.....hahaha!!!!

In the month of July....

It's the time of the month....July!!! I looooove this month. why??? because I like the number 7. hehehe... Yesterday was abah's birthday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY to you dear ABAH!! Semoga panjang umur, murah rezeki & diberkati Allah selalu.... Sorry we could'nt make it for the cake cutting ceremony (cewah)...hehehe. Reena told me u received quite a handful of presents...but mostly cakes and bouquets..hahaha...Suka giler la reena ada berbijik-bijik cake secret recipe (sampai naik muak dah tgk kek dia kata).. hooo laaaah dok nok buak guane. Anyway to abah, didie and I sure hope that u'll use the 'voucher' that was included inside the birthday card!! hahahaha..... Promotion ends by 2009 (hopefully with NO extension). By the way, happy journey to Jakarta and semoga selamat balik!!!!!
Then what else is happening in July??? yuuuppp...abah and mama's anniversary...jeng jeng jeng!! It's the day for the romeo and juliet to berromeo and berjuliet...hehehehehehehehhe.
theeeen, my birthday July 25!!! yeah yeah.. I'm making free ad for myself everybody, siap guna red font lagi kat date tuh...how pathetic!!! hahahaha. A year older, but forever young at heart...ceeewaahh!!!!
Just a couple of weeks away before converting myself to a student (errrrkkk....). Must beronggeng habis-habisan before the time comes!!!! Must...must...must.... zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz........

what's cooking??

Hmmm...Quite a number of days tak update blog. Azd update pun sebab as he said earlier, "kerna terpaksa"...hehehe. Anyway, thank you for the tazkirah.
So now i'm gonna tell what i did these past few days. Since azd didn't go to school so kitorg pun main la masak2. By the way last friday went to Flemington Market. Bought barang2 dapur. Bawak skali dr faizal. Borong sakan dia kat Swap & Sell Market --> sofa set (jealous betul...very nice and cosy set, siap ngan foot rest..perrghh) and carpet as well. He chose a geometrical pattern, azd gave his ISO approval and his undying support to dr faizal's choice (aiseh,mcm exaggerating la pulak) hahaha. But they didn't get my vote coz i'm not into that pattern sgt. But then what the heck, i'm not the one paying for it... hehehe... I guess memang guys like that kind of corak anyway. Boooring....kuang kuang kuang.
Then went home, azd mulakan langkah buat bihun goreng dgn kuantiti yg agak banyak coz sam's family nak drop by that day (yeaaa..got to see danish and firas!!). I made cucur ikan bilis (sedap pulak). Dr faizal makan dgn bestnya....
The next day langkah azd semakin panjang. Dia buat masak lemak telur ikan (ntah ikan apa punya telur ntah...When i took a bite, rasa mcm meletup2 lak telur ikan tu...pops in ur mouth, not in ur hand...hehehe). I made kobis cina stir fry. Sedaaaap sgt (especially the masak lemak tu). Well everybody, u r welcome to terliur... hehehe
Semalam I baked choc cake....yeaahh...and as usual of course la sedap dan lazat.
And today, woke up early (yee la tuh early), went to westfield cari balsamic vinegar ngan worchestershire sauce (ellleh, time dok mesia dulu tak penah dengar pun minatang ni semua).
Then, gi rockdale beli daging. Pastu dapat hati lembu free (hehehee....sedap digoreng sedap dimakan).
Reached home by 1pm, my turn to mulakan langkah pulak. Made cottage pie with green peas (perrghh....1st try sedap jugak altho agak watery daging tu. I supposed kene masak lama sket lagi bg dry but what to do, tak tahan beb...was so damn hungry).
Dinner tadi pulak makan beef steak with steamed vege. Sedap lagi sedap lagi dan lagi dan lagi. muaakakakaka..... I'm getting plenty of iron today. Good for my haemoglobine...hehe.. but must bear in mind, tak leh makan red meat byk2 sgt. Not good. Can predispose to colonic cancer. Which by the way, unlike the other stuffs mentioned above yg i said sedap2 belaka, this one not so sedap at all. So kena la makan berpada2 ok everybody??
Eh lupa lak nak story, when we were at the butcher shop earlier, we wanted to buy steak cut...so kitorg tanya la this guy "do you have steak?" (which i think it didnt sound like "stick" at all). So this guy mcm confused je muka, then tanya 'what kind of "stick" do you want?' kitorg yg tak confused ni jawab la beef steak. Pastu he said oooooh "steak" (which he pronounced something like "staaaik"...hehehe.. aussie slang...kena nganga luas2 sket mulut tuh). And baru la hilang kekonfiusan dimuka mamat tu...hahaha....No wonder muka dia confused in the first place. Mesti dia ingat apsal la budak dua ekor ni tanya pasal batang kayu kat kedai daging ni????
Moral of the story.........brush up ur OZ slang bebeh!!

Mutiara kata

Dunno what to write, but kena paksa... kahkahah...

orait... just wanna say something bout what the Imam in Penshurst Mosque delivered during jumaah khutbah yesterday. The topic was on 'Action'. Action is an important part in our religion, and action here means our perbuatan and tingkah laku. Action is more powerful than words. Islam has spread all over the world today is because of the Arab merchants action, who travelled all over the world up to China. Malaysia and Indonesia have embraced Islam through this action. ALHAMDULILLAH... if not ntah2 kita ni masih lagi Hindu/Buddha.

Our action also is the reflection of our akhlak. The imam told a story of a muslim merchant during the glory days of Islam. One day, at a harbour market somewhere in a non-muslim country, a local man came onto a merchant ship for a business. After he has finished with his business matter, he left the ship without realizing he left a sack of gold coin on the ship. The merchant also did not realize it, until the ship has sailed away from that country as the wind changed. During that time there were no advance telecommunications where you can just simply call or email or even air mail whatsoever. What happened was, the merchant kept the sack of gold until he and his ship came to that country again the next season. He then searched for the person who left the gold coin and returned it back to him. "Why did you return it back to me after it has been with you for so long?" the local guy asked. "It is yours, not mine. I have to return things that is not mine to its master", replied the merchant. Because of the good akhlaq practiced by this Muslim merchant, the guy has embraced Islam, and Islam has spread all over the country.

Hmm... can you imagine how this world could become peaceful without war whatsoever, if all Muslims nowadays can have such a good akhlaq. Akhlaq is a very important tool if we want to clean our image as a Muslim. People who don't understand Islam and all the non-muslims will look at your akhlaq. They never know how hard you pray at night, how strong your faith is, how many times you go for haj or how often you fast. But they can see the way we interact with people, how you address other people, the way you speak, work, eat, and your ACTION. But what are we muslim doing in the world today? we can not even manage our own country, fighting among ourselves, quarreling about small things (furu'iah), we even bertumbuk just because berebut channel tv nak tengok world cup ngan gusti kat kedai kopi (refer today's Utusan Malaysia). Tak pasal2 je atuk tu mati.

So my point is, we have to check ourself first, muhasabah diri, and if you say something, you must first do it yourself. At international level, the Umara' acknowledged that muslim countries is not strong and totally united, and keep saying about the importance of unity. But as we can see, sapa yang hulur derma dulu when there is a disaster? Which group yang sampai dulu kat tempat2 bencana ni nak hulur bantuan? ALhamdulillah Malaysia kita boleh tahan jugak la bab2 ni, we have Mercy, etc... Then at national level, again we fight among ourselves, partisan, different school of thoughts. Why is this happening? SEDARLAH, we have ONE GOD, and we have the same religion, ISLAM. Can't we just be united in the name of ISLAM?

And lastly, for mortals like us who have no power to change the world, remember that we have to inculcate a good akhlak in ourself and our family. I am reminding myself as a husband and all the people out there, dont just ask your wives and kids to behave with a good akhlaq, without you practicing it first. Jangan orang kata cakap tak serupa bikin. Allah said in the Holy Quran:

"Hai orang-orang yang beriman, mengapa kamu mengatakan apa yang tidak kamu perbuat?
Amat besar kebencian di sisi Allah bahwa kamu mengatakan apa-apa yang tiada kamu kerjakan" (As-Sof, ayat 2-3)

brazil vs aussie

yeaaahhh.....managed to be awake to watch the match eeeeaarrly this morning....waarghh...the uncountable yawning..nasib baik mulut x cramp...hahaha.... yesss yessss....brazil won!! hehe...
2-0..yeahh..the first half was ok la...both teams menyepak2 bola dgn bersungguh-sungguh.. hehe.. but takde gol pun...after a few minutes masuk yg second half tu, baru la mengancam sket game tu when adriano menyumbat satu gol utk brazil..wachhaa...(yeeah..me being the amateur broadcaster here..eceh ceh). pastu socceroos berhempas pulas menyerang pintu gol brazil tapi tendangan bola dari striker mereka ala2 lemah lembut gitu...tak pun ada yg terover melepasi pintu jaringan (wow... ayat mcm best pulak). After a few series of soft shouting (soft???) and unqualified babbling (plus azd's semi slurred comments on the game with his eyes closed--tak nak ngaku tido tuh!)...brazil snatched their 2nd goal to seal the game, thanks to Robinho’s angled drive crashed off the near post and the rebound fell to Fred who tapped into the empty net..kesian socceroos...doh nok buak guane??? hehehe.....anyway, suka suka suka suka....
i'm actually not a big fan of sports but hmmm... i cant believe i can name some of the brazil's player quite well like ronaldo (duuuhh...), robinho, ronaldinho, cafu (go captain!).. haha... kembang kembang....eh lupa pulak kat lagi 2 ekor pemain brazil..roberto carlos the botak ngan kaka! all in all, brazil really had a hard fought 2-0 victory over guus hiddink's Australia.
ok la..sekian sahaja komentator from me....dont think i'm gonna watch aussie vs croatia nanti.. tido lagi sedappp... krroohhh...krroohh...kkrroohhhh

Happy Father's Day

the title says it all.....today is father's day...tp kat sini they're not celebrating it just yet. i think father's day kat aussie ni is celebrated in another 3-4 months (if i'm not mistaken la). anyway... kalu ikut mesian time, hari ni la father's day... called abah pagi tadi but he was in a meeting. skrg ni abah, mama, boy and reena are in Terengganu..balik esok kot. boy n reena tgh cuti... apsal tak moh datang sini? hehehe..... seronok ke gi candat sotong ngan abah semalam boy??? kesian reena kebosanan dok kat hotel..mama gi meronggeng kat kenyir..hahahaha..... duty calls, hoo laaah nok buak guane!!
now i'm waiting for that 1.30am game between oz and brazil..i wonder who will win??? mintak2 brazil...hahahahha.....sure hope my penyu eyes will be wide awake to watch the game.
Anyway, i'd like to wish happy ABAH's day to my abah in gombak..and to my another abah kat tepeng... thank you for everything and may Allah bless you always..muuaahhh muuahhh muuuaahhh!!!

hmmm....malas pulak nak update blog...hehehe...masa awal2 dulu poyolistik nak update... aiseehh... nak citer apa yer? today went to ikea homebush...saja jalan2 (actually was looking for wheels). oh... did i tell u that we got ourselves some good stuffs a few days back?? hahaha... kelakar betul... let see... last sunday kitorg gi jalan2 kat penshurst dgn hajat nak membeli sunday paper..then on our way tu, byk la sgt brg2 yg dok bergelimpangan on the road side.. pastu baru teringat esoknya tu is the clean up day (it's the day org2 put away things yg diorg tak nak pakai dah kat tepi jalan...so the city council people will come and collect semua benda tu). pastu brg2 yg depa gi buang ni some of it memang junks la...like brg2 electronics yg dah tak leh pakai..carpet lama...tilam buruk bertompok tompok...hmmm??...almari buruk..etc...
pastu haaa...ni yg best ni...masa tgh jengjalan tu, we saw a 2 seater sofa, which was still in a very good condition....apa lagi, kitorg pun mengangkut la..angkat laju2 la konon, takut org nampak..nasib baik benda tu depan umah jer...hehhee... actually ramai je manusia dok usha barang2 kat tepi jalan tu... ada tu siap bawak ute nak mengangkut bebarang tu...time clean up day ni la second hand dealer datang berdoyon-doyon (versi juliana banos) bawak lori ke..van ke..nak cari any barangs that are still in a good condition..nanti diaorg bwk balik gi kedai..polish2 sket..touch up here and there..pastu jadi cantik..pastu jual balik kat org dengan harga yg boleh-tahan-sedap-mata-memandang-tapi-kempis-rasa-di-wallet.....
anyway, back to my story..kitorg berjaya mencilok sofa..sekali ngan cushion2nya yg empuks ittew...pastu portable coffee table..ngan tv cabinet..ngan meja makan...ngan ironing board... caya laaa....pastu hari ahad itu dihabiskan dgn mentouch up rumah supaya menjadi lebih cantiks dan ayu lagi ala2 casa impian..hehehehhehehehe.......
memang syok la....pastu, masa tgh skodeng2 tu i saw one meja makan yg memang cun... very good condition except with some calar calar....ingat nak amik la, tp tak muat nak letak dlm kete dah (becoz at that time dah ada coffee table with the ironing board), then we decided nak hantar dulu brg2 tadi ke rumah then dtg balik.....tetapi.. jeng jeng jeng...bila we all dtg balik kat tempat tu, tgk2 dah ada mamat OZ ni dah angkut meja tu ..ceeehh...terlepas meja cantik...tp tak pe..last2 kitorg dapat meja mkn lain yg kiut jugak...same colour with our lantai rumah... sedondon..hehehe... hmmmm... kalu kat mesia ni, jgn harap ler nak wat benda2 mcm ni. apsal yer??? tunggu la azd jadi dato' bandar nanti.. then i can be datin bandar...keh keh keh.....

jalan-jalan bawak orang...

hmm..today as azd said kat bawah tu was the day for our intellectual discourse (waa..bunyi mcm sangat intelek..hehehe)...i shall not talk abt the topic bcoz azd has done a good job explaining abt patience...bagus bagus....
so i'm gonna story mory the things that we did after the talking malking...biasa la..apa lagi makan!! hehe....it was a good timing sebab habis benda tu pun dah almost lunch time..and today's meal was sponsored by big chef (thank you dear). menu of the day was nasik lemak sambal ikan bilis dgn kuih sagu (kesian big chef buat kuih sorang2 last nite, me got no mood..me was impatient..baaad me)....and not forgetting spaghetti as well, courtesy of kak zurin and hubby. we all makan dengan penuh bersopan santun sekali...disertai dgn cerita ceriti menarik from the penglipur lara dr faizal (maklum laa orang dah ada tv baru...hehehe). Sedaaaap sungguh sambal big chef...(kena puji sokmo). by the way, dr faizal was my lecturer merangkap specialist when i was in HUKM dolu-dolu. wow, time really flies....tak pe, stay young sokmo!!
lepas makan2, kitorg pun bawak la kak zurin + abg lan ngan dr faizal gi sydney market. but sungguh bernasib kureng baik, by the time we sampai market tu nak tutup dah, so tak leh masuk. maka berputihlah mata orang2 yg berpupil dark brown ini...but no worries mate, next time blh datang...takkan lari sydney market dikejar....
so next stop was kat DFO....ramai betul manusia..tp we all mcm biasa la...window shopping...dah abis tawaf dfo, terus la balik umah....solat..pastu pekena tea ngan choc cake lak...buurrp.. alhamdulillah..kenyang...siap bg bekal kat dr faizal ngan kak zurin lagi tu...hehehe.
dinner lak, again with nasik lemak...hmmm....tgk gaya mcm esok pun breakfast with nasik lemak jugak..sebab byk lg xtra....maka bertambah la lemak2 dlm badan big chef...hehehe..... takpe berlemak2 pun sayang...mmmuaahhh!!!!
