This is just a reminder to myself (who is not a leader....I org biasa je hehehehe)
and to those who are already a leader, who will be a leader, who is not a leader but wishes to be one, who might be a leader and to everyone lah.
I'm not pointing this out to anybody in particular
It's just a general, out of the blue outburst

sy sentap kak elyn..huhu..sy pun slalu gak terkena ngan leader2 ni. alhamdulillah so far takde kesempatan/peluang jadi leader. tak nak jd bahan kutukan & ejekan staf2 bwhan.haha..tak jd leader pon kaw kaw kena kutuk. ape2 pon...sabar ek kak elyn.harini sy down sikit esp after KBEM...kadang2 it's not easy when ur leader dont trust u at all. Mintak2 takkan penah jd leader sampai bila...Ameen.
org yg bermula dari bawah biasanya takkan berbuat sewenang-wenangnya.
tapi ada juga spesis yg lupa diri bila dah duduk di atas. huhu~

Elyn, this is a great reminder to all, including myself. thanks dear. I remember that, there are 2 wishes that we should wish to new leader - tahniah and takziah. tahniah because this is a good progress..and an opportunity for him/her to show their capabilities. takziah, is due to the amanah that he/she need to handle, and yet, it is not easy.I never want to be a leader to a big group of people, but I was born to be a wife to a man who is always appointed as a leader..hehe.so I can understand it is not an easy job then.:) Take care..
